The connecDIM Cloud specifically uses two cookies:

  • The first cookie (named "connecDIMCloud") is used as a session identifier and is essential to the proper functioning of the site.
  • The second cookie (named "_cce") is used to remember your email address between sessions, providing you with a quicker means of signing in. This cookie will expire 7 days after you sign in to the connecDIMCloud, and can be deleted at any time without issue if you choose to do so.

We also utilize Google Maps, Analytics and Visualizations within the connecDIM Cloud, which may use their own cookies as a part of their functionality.

Where We Store Your Personal Data

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Only our employees are granted access to such information.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to hold your data securely and prevent unauthorised access.

Uses Made of the Information

At all times you will have the ability to deny a User within your own Company, or a User you have invited to view your Sites, from accessing your Sites and information.

Your information will never be made public in the website without your consent. Where you have opted to make data publicly viewable it will be accessible by all visitors to the website.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties if we are under a duty to disclose such data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tridonic GmbH & Co KG, our customers, or others.
